Wir sind ein Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen mit 150 Leuten und fahren Container durch Deutschland und Europa. Dafür haben wir rund 1.000 Containertragwagen angemietet. Die gehören uns nicht, aber sie sind unser Geschäft. Und genau da liegt das Problem, für das wir jemanden suchen. Ein Wagen in der Werkstatt verdient nichts. Ein Wagen am falschen Ort auch nicht.
