Job Description What will you be doing? As a care coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making sure our outstanding care service runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be involved in: Coordinating care packages and supporting the care team Communicating with clients, families and professionals Helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance Responding to those unexpected daily challenges that come with working in care — because no two days are ever quite the same
